Bourn is located 10 miles to the west of Cambridge and is proud of its friendly close-knit community.

 

It is 45 minutes from Luton and Stansted airports and has easy access to London via train from Royston, St Neots, or Cambridge. It is well served by main roads to the midlands and north via the A1 and the A14, which is currently being upgraded.

 

Bourn has excellent local amenities, including a surgery, shop, post office, gastropub (the Willow Tree), an Indian restaurant (Lalbagh), a vibrant sports club, a golf club and gym, a local Scout group, allotments and many more.
