We have arranged some training on how to use a defibrillator and how to do resuscitation. We have three defibrilators in Bourn: on the Village Hall, on the pavilion and in the Broadway telephone box. If you are frightened by the prospect of someone collapsed in front of you and then being handed one of these defbrillators, a 1 hour training session on what to in such a crisis is for you!
There are 2 sessions arranged, but you only need to attend one. These will be on Monday 6th November and Tuesday 7th November 6.30pm to 7.30pm, in Bourn Village Hall. Participants will be limited to 12. The session will be free but donations to East Anglian Air Ambulance (who are doing the training) will be collected.
To attend, email David Cronk on [email protected], stating which evening you wish to attend. If the sessions are oversubscribed, I will arrange further dates.
