A new consultation (the fourth) on the Cambourne to Cambridge busway is now underway. The busway will offer a fast and convenient alternative for getting into Cambridge for bus users, cyclists and walkers. It starts in Cambourne crosses the Broadway, passes through Bourn Airfield Development, stops at a new park and ride (or “travel hub” as they now call them) at Scotland Farm, then passes through Caldecote, Hardwick and Coton south of the Madingley Rd, entering Cambridge at Grange Road near the rugby pitch. If you would like to read more about it or comment on the proposals, see the website. The consultation closes on 11 July. There is a webinar on Monday 20 June at 6:30pm and a drop-in session at Selwyn College on 30 June – see the website for more details.
