Deposits required when booking
is a Refundable deposit of £50 plus half of the quoted hire fee. The refundable
deposit must be on a post dated cheque made payable to Bourn Village Hall.
Anyone wishing to have a bar on the premises has to sort out their own bar and
provide the details on the form of the person providing the bar on their behalf.
BOOKINGS can be made after 7pm on 01954 718610 - No booking is confirmed until
a completed booking form has been recieved along with the deposit.
